Live Litigation Tracker

Follows federal cases where AI, software, platforms, and IP collide: training-data suits, generated-output disputes, software-patent fights, trade-secret and right-of-publicity claims, and related digital-rights litigation. A daily, checkpointed pipeline checks tracked dockets, searches CourtListener for newly filed AI/IP matters, summarizes new activity, and publishes the JSON the tracker page reads. Visible changes appear only when qualifying cases or docket activity are found, and unfinished docket windows resume from saved progress.
